"The techs and doctor were very gentle and kind with my cat; they made sure that she was taken care of and did everything within their power to make sure that she was calm wen getting her shots, and did not try to force her out of her comfort zone. The tech (Lindsay) and the doctor (Lyndsy) both assured me of my pet's health, informed me on her body, and when pointing out things that could potentially develop into a problem (tartar buildup on teeth), offered me a list of different options to try with detailed information on them. While normally my cat doesn't like anyone else touching her, as I rescued her from a feral, she was very open to them touching her and administering her shots. I am grateful that it went as smoothly as it did, and will be returning to Avalon for all of my pet needs."
