"Dr Seremet and Chelsea were absolutely fantastic. We understand that our Mr Finn can be a challenge especially when he's not feeling well. Chelsea sat with us making sure Finn was comfortable during sedation and that my husband and I were able to decompress. Dr Seremet has outstanding bedside manner. She did not rush us at all. She made us feel heard and was so patient and compassionate with our baby. We cannot thank these ladies enough. It is difficult to see your animal ill/injured and/or in pain. They did an incredible job helping us through a tough week.We have been going to Avalon since Finn was 6 months old and he'll be 6 in July. All of the staff is wonderful and compassionate. Finn would also like to give 5/5 to his other favorite techs Sam and Dakota!!!"
